Most orders are filled within 1-2 weeks. Some of our clients ask us to create a convenient page for employees and their families to order online. In those instances the client specifies an ordering deadline date and all orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 2 weeks of deadline date.
Because all of our products are custom designed and custom created, we currently are not able to accept returns. All purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable.
